Kassie Davis-Clinical Director and BCBA

Meet our dynamic Clinical Director—a powerhouse in Applied Behavior Analysis with over a decade of transformative experience. Earning her Master’s of Arts from Ball State University, she has dedicated her career to nurturing individuals aged 2 to 21 with precision and passion. Specializing in autism and developmental disabilities, she is also an expert in AAC device management, innovative social skills interventions, and crisis management—as evidenced by her certification as a Professional Crisis Management Instructor. Currently at the helm of our Colorado Springs and Melbourne, Florida centers, she leads our team with a blend of visionary leadership and compassionate care that truly transforms lives.

Caitlin McGuire-Clinical Manager and BCBA

Introducing our trailblazing leader-Passion, innovation, and heart define our clinical manager. With a lifelong commitment to special needs advocacy and a knack for transformative ABA practices, she spearheads positive change at Aspire Behavioral Care. Her dynamic leadership not only uplifts our team but also empowers the children and families we serve, making a lasting impact every day.   Caitlin has been passionate about working with individuals with special needs since middle school, inspired by her mother’s role as a paraprofessional. She began volunteering with Special Olympics and quickly developed a deep commitment to the field. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology and later pursued a master’s in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She became an RBT in 2017, started collecting candidacy hours in 2018, and joined Aspire Behavioral Care in 2019—completing her master’s and BCBA candidacy within the organization.  Over the past six years, she has played a key role in Aspire’s growth, including transitioning to a new center and implementing improvements. Her greatest passion is working directly with children and families, celebrating their progress, and making a lasting impact. She also thrives in training and mentorship, co-leading Aspire’s candidacy program to support the next generation of ABA professionals.

Lindsey Ayres- Center Manager and HR Director

Meet Lindsey Ayres  Driven by her personal journey and a deep commitment to making a difference, Lindsey joined Aspire in April 2021 and quickly rose through the ranks. From empowering new team members as a trainer to shaping our team as Hiring and Training Coordinator, and now as Center Manager and HR Director, her dynamic leadership fuels positive change for both our staff and the families we serve.  Lindsey began her professional career at Aspire and was driven by her passion to support children and their families, after her own child was diagnosed with Autism two years prior. What began as a personal mission to make a difference soon grew into a deeper commitment to creating positive change not just for individuals, but for the professionals working alongside her. In July 2021, she grew into a training role, where she discovered a passion for empowering new team members with the knowledge and skills to succeed. By November 2022, she took on the position of Hiring and Training Coordinator, finding fulfillment in recruiting and onboarding new talent who shared Aspire’s mission.  In 2023, Lindsey moved into the role of Center Manager and HR director, where she expanded her leadership responsibilities and helped shape the growth of Aspire’s team. This role allowed her to guide both operations and staff, ensuring a supportive and impactful environment for the children and families we serve. As she continues to evolve in her career at Aspire, her goal is to build a passionate, dedicated team that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support. “I look forward to contributing to the continued success and growth of our organization” -Lindsey Ayres.

Jane Aragon-Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Introducing Jane, a dynamic and highly skilled professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, renowned for empowering individuals across a broad spectrum of developmental and educational settings. Born and raised in Southern Colorado, Jane’s deep community roots and personal experience as a proud mom of two have enriched her compassionate approach to her work. With a BA in Psychology from UCCS, Jane launched her career by providing peer mentoring services to teens and young adults with developmental disabilities, establishing a strong foundation of empathy and expertise. Jane further honed her skills as a paraprofessional with Jefferson County Public Schools and Academy District 20, where she delivered one-on-one support to autistic children. It was during this time that she discovered her deep passion for helping students with higher behavioral needs seamlessly integrate into general education classrooms using innovative ABA techniques. Over the past five years, Jane has continuously advanced her professional practice, earning a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Arizona State University and achieving BCBA certification in September 2024. Her extensive experience spans working with clients aged 2-21, addressing a wide variety of diagnoses and support needs, and consistently driving positive outcomes in diverse settings.

Andrew Johnson- Training Coordinator and BCBA

Introducing Andrew, a driven and accomplished professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Andrew began his ABA journey in 2019 as an RBT and rapidly progressed, becoming a BCaBA in February 2022 after completing his coursework at one of the top ABA programs in the country-Florida Institute of Technology (FIT). His passion for learning and excellence inspired him to return to FIT for his master’s degree, culminating in his BCBA certification in December 2024. With six years of experience in the field, Andrew has developed a comprehensive and dynamic approach to ABA. Andrew’s expertise spans working with clients ranging from ages 2 to 17, with a particular strength in serving those between 2 and 12 years old. Additionally, he has excelled with older peers by contributing to the UCLA-designed PEERs program, where he served as an instructor for both adolescents aged 14-18 and their parents. This innovative program focuses on cultivating essential social, dating, and employment skills. Beyond his direct client work, Andrew has showcased his leadership and strategic vision by heading training at his previous center and designing and implementing new training expectations and goals as Training Coordinator here at Aspire. His dedication to advancing professional standards and delivering positive outcomes makes him an invaluable asset to our team.
